They’re not always reliable – 2015 was a bust – but hydrangea usually produce dozens of their cantaloupe-sized blossom clusters that transition from their lightly tinted greenish start through rich blues and, even when faded into fall, often have interesting rust colors. A delightful add to any garden! Why “Uninspired”? Strolling around the yard looking at flowers usually triggers an idea for an arrangement, but not in this case.
