Milkweed pods and their fluffy package are remarkably well packaged, seeds engineered to stack neatly together with silks all lined up until the drying pod bursts open and and the seeds take flight. I pretty much had one shot ant this scan — the slightest jostle and that loose cluster of seeds and silks would have puffed off all over the house!
